Hi, my name is Tom Wagner. I have been in the utility design business for over 15 years. I have worked on several projects, from single family homes to large residential, commercial, governmental and multi use projects. I have been a part of several large scale projects, including the multiple rebuild projects as a result of the numerous fires in the Santa Barbara area, undergrounding utility program for the City of Santa Barbara, relocation of existing utilities as part of the Route 101 highway widening project with Cal-Trans, large residential and commercial developments, new and retrofit streetlight projects for the City and County of Santa Barbara, and utility relocations as part of bridge replacement projects in partnership with Cities, Counties, Cal-Trans, and U.S. Department of Transportation.
I have also worked with many architects, developers, electrical contractors, and dry utility excavation installers in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties on their large and small development projects, both residential and commercial. I have the knowledge, experience, and most importantly the relationships to help you with your project.
My extra time is spent with my wife and inspiration, Lisa. We love to hike and explore Santa Barbara and the surrounding area. We also love to travel and are always looking for our next adventure.
